Company Culture

New Acquisitions provides unlimited promotional opportunities for each individual who joins our team based 100% on achievement not seniority. By pushing our candidates to step outside of their comfort zones while practicing their newly acquired skills alongside more advanced team members, they achieve fantastic goals in exceptionally short amounts of time, with many advancing into management positions within six to nine months. All management starts at entry-level with lessons in marketing, teaching, training, and developing other team members, and mastering the back-end of business operations. From there, successful team members move into either a Junior Partnership position to oversee and manage a campaign or into a Marketing Director position where they launch a new territory and run their own office.

So leave the corporate struggle to advancement behind you, and join a team of high-achieving, hard-working, and motivated individuals now!

Future Expansions

New Acquisitions believes that the benefits of outsourcing are now more widely recognized by US businesses which has in turn contributed to this uplift.

"Businesses are realizing that they can work in partnership with locally based outsourced companies to create plans for sales growth with their own goals and objectives in mind, then leave that area of their business in the capable hands of experts while they focus on other initiatives,"

Community Influence

Here at New Acquisitions, a huge part of our corporate culture is giving back. We believe in internal promotion from within and really developing our team as opposed to bringing others from the outside in. We believe investing in not just our own team, but also the communities around us. From donating to Toys for Tots to adopting families in the area, we truly believe we can lead through example.

We teamed up with Buckhead Christian Ministry (BCM) for the holiday season to sponsor a family for Christmas. For the past twenty five years BCM works diligently to prevent hunger and homelessness for locals facing life-changing events. Stepping in with emergency and housing help and assisting in getting on their feet, BCM is there to help out regardless of someone’s individual faith. Currently they help over 8500 individuals annually, works within fifteen zip codes, with foundations and organizations including New Acquisitions.

“The holidays can be a difficult time for families that don’t have the means to provide for their children. We adopted a family of four, three children and a single mother, and we're able to provide them with a holiday season that would make everyone smile.”
