Adam Gerald has been part of New Acquisitions since 2008, bringing years of experience, perspective, and a commitment to continuous growth. Originally from Christiansburg, Virginia, Adam was drawn to the company by the strong culture, clear path to advancement, and the opportunities for growth within the marketing industry.

Since joining the team, one of Adam’s favorite parts of the experience has been seeing his own progress while also helping others develop along the way. He believes in focusing on progress rather than perfection and embracing discomfort as part of the growth process.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys golf, landscaping, and traveling. He is motivated by his family, financial freedom, and having the ability to say “yes” to the opportunities that matter most.

Being part of New Acquisitions has had a meaningful impact on Adam and his family. The lessons and experiences he has gained have positively influenced many areas of his life and changed the trajectory of his family tree.

Adam continues to pursue personal and professional growth with an open mind and a commitment to lifelong learning. His goal is simple: to keep becoming a better version of himself while helping those around him do the same.

Dartanion Jones

Dartanion Jones has been part of New Acquisitions since 2018, bringing a strong sense of ambition, leadership, and determination to his role. Originally from Dubuque, Iowa, Dartanion was initially drawn to New Acquisitions while working four jobs. The flexibility of the opportunity and the potential of uncapped commission through sales gave him the motivation to take a different path.

His favorite part of the journey has been having the freedom to take his career to new heights. Dartanion believes that the sooner you take your goals and development seriously, the sooner opportunities begin to present themselves.

Outside of work, Dartanion enjoys karaoke and spending time with the people who matter most to him. His family, children, and personal goals continue to be his biggest sources of motivation.

For Dartanion, being part of the New Acquisitions team means understanding the responsibility that comes with leadership. He takes pride in how he represents himself and strives to set an example for those around him.

And while he may have a serious look, Dartanion wants prospective clients, customers, and future team members to know one thing: “I might have a mean face, but I swear I’m nice.”

Zaccia Chesson

Zaccia Chesson has been part of New Acquisitions since 2025, bringing a passion for growth, learning, and helping others develop. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Zaccia studied bioengineering at the University of Washington before realizing it wasn’t the right path. At the time, Zaccia was working as a restaurant manager and began looking for an opportunity that offered greater growth, flexibility, and uncapped earning potential.

What initially attracted Zaccia to New Acquisitions was the opportunity to build a career with no defined ceiling. Since joining the team, one of the most rewarding parts of the experience has been the skills developed along the way — and having the opportunity to help others develop those same skills.

Outside of work, Zaccia enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Family is a major source of motivation, particularly the opportunity to be a strong role model for her niece and nephew.

For Zaccia, being part of New Acquisitions means being part of a true community. The supportive team environment provides both encouragement and accountability, creating an environment where people can stay focused on their goals while continuing to grow.

Zaccia’s advice to anyone starting their career with New Acquisitions is simple: Don’t hesitate to ask questions. There’s no such thing as a stupid question here.

Moustafa Gouda

One of his favorite parts of the experience has been the relationships he has built along the way. Being surrounded by driven individuals who challenge him to grow has helped him develop greater confidence, leadership skills, and a stronger mindset in a short amount of time.

Outside of work, Moustafa enjoys spending time with his team while prioritizing his health through working out and meal prepping. He is motivated by the opportunity to positively impact the lives of the people around him and believes that personal success is even more meaningful when it creates a positive impact on others.

For Moustafa, being part of New Acquisitions means being surrounded by people who encourage him to think bigger and step outside his comfort zone. His advice to anyone beginning their journey is to stay coachable, trust the process, ask questions, and take advantage of every opportunity to learn.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys reading and traveling. They are motivated by the goals of financial success and freedom and believe that building a career should create opportunities to pursue both.

Taylor’s advice to anyone starting their career with New Acquisitions is to stay open to learning new things and make sure you voice your goals. Being willing to learn while clearly communicating where you want to go can open the door to new opportunities.

Outside of her professional goals, Taylor has a goal of visiting every MLB stadium. With 11 stadiums already checked off the list, there are plenty more ballparks to go.

Elena Vu

One of Elena’s favorite experiences has been attending her first annual retreat in Mexico, where she had the opportunity to celebrate the team’s achievements, experience recognition firsthand, and enjoy time together outside of the office. For Elena, experiences like these highlight the strong relationships and culture that make New Acquisitions unique.

Outside of work, Elena enjoys working out at the gym and exploring new food spots with her best friend. She is motivated by financial freedom and believes that maintaining the right attitude is essential to making the most of every opportunity.

Being part of New Acquisitions means having what Elena describes as a “second family” — a supportive group of people who encourage her in both her personal and professional goals.

Elena studied Applied Mathematics as an undergraduate and brings that analytical mindset and competitive energy into everything she does. When she’s not working toward her goals, you can likely find her enjoying a competitive game of volleyball.

Matthew Sullivan

One of Matthew’s favorite parts of his experience has been the relationships he has built across the country. From working alongside his local team to connecting with people in different markets, those relationships have become an important part of his professional journey.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time at the lake, whether he’s out on the boat or riding a jet ski. He is motivated by seeing the progress he has made since joining New Acquisitions and uses that growth as encouragement to keep moving forward.

For Matthew, being part of the New Acquisitions team means being surrounded by people who have become more than just coworkers. The bonds and relationships he has built with the team have made his experience especially meaningful.

Celeste Powers

Originally from Roanoke, Texas, Celeste joined New Acquisitions looking for an opportunity to develop her professionalism and build practical skills through hands-on experience after leaving college.

One of Celeste’s favorite parts of her experience has been the opportunity to travel across the country, meet new people, and build meaningful relationships along the way. She has also gained valuable leadership experience, spending two years on the sales team and serving as a Director for a year and a half.

Outside of work, Celeste enjoys taking her dog, Taco, on walks, lifting weights, drawing, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. She also has a strong background in athletics, having been a college cheerleader at Western Colorado University and spending much of her life involved in sports, including cross country, cheer, and gymnastics coaching.

Celeste is motivated by financial freedom and her love of travel. One of her personal goals is to visit every state and, someday, own a Nissan Skyline GT-R R32.

For Celeste, being part of New Acquisitions means having access to endless opportunities while knowing there are always people in your corner to turn to. Her advice to anyone beginning their journey is simple: Every successful person has failed and gotten back up. Failure is a part of success.

Laura Goshgarian

Originally from Round Lake, Illinois, Laura was initially drawn to New Acquisitions by the people and the relationships she built along the way.

Over the past 13 years, Laura has seen tremendous growth in both her personal and professional life. While it is difficult for her to choose one defining experience, she credits much of that growth to the people, mentors, and coaches who have helped shape her journey and encouraged her to become a better version of herself.

Today, one of Laura’s biggest motivations is helping others and being a source of value to the people around her. Being part of New Acquisitions means having the opportunity to pass along the lessons, guidance, and knowledge that her own mentors and coaches have shared with her over the years.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys running, painting, kayaking, swimming, and exploring the outdoors. She is also a self-described foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and finding some of the best places to eat around Atlanta. When she’s not exploring new food spots, she can often be found exploring new trails throughout the area.

Laura’s advice to anyone beginning their career with New Acquisitions is simple: Be willing to learn, ask plenty of questions, and stay open to new opportunities.

Richard

Head of Barketing

Richard joined New Acquisitions at the beginning of 2024, bringing a nose for business, a wagging tail for success, and plenty of personality to the team. Originally from Ohio, Richard quickly became a favorite around the office, known for greeting the team as they arrive and boosting morale on a daily basis.

Since joining the team with little to no experience, Richard has proven that determination, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic can take you far. When he’s not building relationships around the office, he can usually be found at the front desk taking a well-earned puppy power nap or waiting for his next belly rub.

Richard’s favorite part of the job is being part of the team and making sure everyone starts their day with a smile. His commitment to office culture, team morale, and professional development has earned him the well-deserved promotion to Head of Barketing.
